PRÉAMBULE

Le site internet https://thenorthdna.eu est un site de vente en ligne de produits cosmétiques clean, édité par la société 15EC, SAS, immatriculée au RCS de Paris sous le numéro 987 976 768, dont le siège social est situé au 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris.

L’utilisation du Site est soumise aux présentes Conditions Générales d’Utilisation. Toute personne y accédant reconnaît les avoir lues, comprises et acceptées sans réserve.

1. ACCÈS AU SITE

L'accès au Site est possible 24h/24 et 7j/7, sauf cas de force majeure, interruption technique ou opération de maintenance. L’Utilisateur s’engage à accéder au Site avec un matériel récent, ne contenant pas de virus, et avec un navigateur mis à jour.

2. SERVICES DISPONIBLES SUR LE SITE

Sans création de compte, l’Utilisateur peut :

  • consulter les fiches produits et contenus informatifs,
  • s’abonner à la newsletter,
  • contacter le service client via le formulaire ou par email : hello@thenorthdna.eu.

La passation de commande ou l'accès à certaines fonctionnalités nécessite la création d’un compte personnel.

3. CRÉATION ET SÉCURITÉ DU COMPTE

La création d’un compte est réservée aux personnes majeures disposant de la capacité juridique. L’Utilisateur s’engage à fournir des informations exactes et à jour. Il est seul responsable de la confidentialité de son mot de passe et de toute utilisation de son compte.

Il peut demander la suppression de son compte à tout moment par email.

4. COMPORTEMENTS INTERDITS

Il est strictement interdit d’utiliser le Site :

  • à des fins commerciales non autorisées,

Die Website https://thenorthdna.eu ist ein Onlineshop für Clean-Beauty-Kosmetikprodukte, betrieben von der 15EC, einer SAS, eingetragen im Handels- und Gesellschaftsregister von Paris unter der Nummer 987 976 768, mit Sitz in der Rue Tronchet 29, 75008 Paris.
Die Nutzung der Website unterliegt den vorliegenden Nutzungsbedingungen. Jeder Besucher erkennt durch den Zugriff an, dass er diese gelesen, verstanden und uneingeschränkt akzeptiert hat.

1. ZUGANG ZUR WEBSITE
